A. Introduction
In developing teaching learning, especially in developing of innovative
teaching learning process of mathematics, the teacher and students have to can
the good interaction. The teacher and staffs of education must attention
something to can do the good teaching learning process. As the teacher or staff
of education must attention every of learn.
Currently
used by teachers of learning is very important and very influential on
students' understanding. Learning includes the learning of traditional and
innovative pembelajarn. Until now there are many teachers who apply traditional
pembelajran, although there are still many difficulties of learning. To date,
innovative learning is necessary because learning is not just transferring a
science, but also an understanding and meaning of every science is taught by a
teacher to the students. Therefore, teachers
should be able to give a good classroom, so that the students are really
learning to master the material learn well. Mathematics teaching and learning
objectives are as follows:
1.
To understand the mathematical
concepts, explains the relationship between them and apply them in solving
problems accurately and efficiently.
2.
To develop thinking skills in mathematics
learning patterns and characteristics.
3.
To manipulate them to generalize, to
prove and explain mathematical ideas and propositions.
4.
To develop problem solving skills that include
understanding the problem, outlining mathematic
models, solve them and predict outcomes.
5.
Communicate mathematical ideas using symbols,
tables, diagrams and other media.
6.
To develop an appreciation of the
use of mathematics in daily lifes, curiosity, consideration, and to encourage
the will and self-confidence in learning mathematics.

1. LESSON
PLAN
In
learning a teacher needs to prepare a tool in the pursuit. One of the tools to
prepare the lesson plan. Lesson plans are drawn up if the teacher's
instructions as a reference them in teaching. Lesson plans need to be made in
order to teach the teacher is always focused on the goals of each lesson. The
composition dependent or lesson plan in accordance with the subject and needs
in learning.
Lesson
plan or that we are familiar with the term of the syllabus. Syllabus is based
on learning plan based on Content Standards, which in it contains the Subject
Identity, Standards of Competence and Competencies Basic, Basic Materials /
Learning, Learning Activities, Indicators, Assessment, Allocation of Time, and
Learning Resources. Thus, the syllabus is basically answer the problems as
follows:
1. What competencies must be
achieved in accordance with learners who formulated by Content Standards
(Standards of Competence and Competencies Basic).
2. Basic materials / learning what
needs to be discussed and studied learners to achieve the Content Standards.
3. Learning what activities should
be scripted by the teacher so that learners are able to interact with learning
resources.
4. What indicators should be
formulated to determine the achievement of basic competencies and Competency
Standards.
5. How do I know the achievement of
competence based on the indicators as a reference in determining the types and
aspects to be assessed.
6. How long does it take to reach a
specific Content Standards.
7. Learn what sources can be
empowered to achieve certain Content Standards.
2. STUDENTS
WORKSHEET
Students
worksheet is one of the tools of learning mathematics is quite important and is
expected to help learners discover and develop mathematical concepts. Teaching
materials in the student worksheet is packaged integration to enable students
to learn the material independently. With this worksheet students are expected
to assist and facilitate the teaching and learning activities that will form an
effective interaction between students and teachers, thus increasing the
activity of the students in improving learning achievement. By using the worksheets
in the student teaching will open greater opportunities for students to
participate actively in learning. Thus the teacher in charge of monitoring
students in the learning process. The use of worksheets as a tool for teaching
students will be able to activate the students.
So lrmbar student work is a sheet of paper
that essentially contains information and instructions from teachers to
students to work on their own learning through practice an activity or work
tasks and exercises related to the material being taught to achieve the goal of
teaching.
3. VARIOUS
METHOD OF TEACHING
The
method of learning is the means used by teachers in carrying out classroom
teaching and learning activities in an effort to achieve the learning
objectives have been set. How this is done to achieve maximum results in the
learning process.
Various
kinds of learning methods
a. Lecture
method
Lecture method
is a method used in learning by explaining. In the method of learning is
dominated by the teacher because the students just listen.
b. Methods FAQs
Question and answer method is a method that
aims to attract the attention of learners to be more central to the learning
process.
c. Method
Discussion
Discussion method suitable for small groups.
With this method the students were more active discussion and critical
thinking. So that will be used to solve a problem.
d. Simulation
Methods
Simulation
method is a method that is given to students, so that learners can use a set of
facts, concepts, and strategies.
e. Method of assignment
The
method is a method of administration tasks performed by teachers against
students, which usually is done mostly at home or outside of school because
their resolution requires a longer time.
f.
Methods Field Trips
Field trip method is a method that invites
learners to the atmosphere outside the classroom. Different from the
recreational field trips. Trips produce something sought, while recreation does
not produce anything other than just the reported experiences.
g. Laboratory
Methods
Laboratory
method is a method of linking theory with experience. This method may be used
to investigate various things, including the behavior of students.
h. Methods Demonstration
Method of demonstration is a show about the
occurrence of an event, until the appearance tinkah demonstrated behavior in
order to be understood by learners, whether real or artificially.
i. The method of problem solving
(problem-solving methods)
For high grade would be no problem, especially
if frequent.
Problem solving method is a method of
thinking, and problem solving. In this case the learner is faced with a
problem, then asked to solve it.
j. Individual Methods
Individual method is a method used to create
learning situations which develop in accordance with the time and the speed of
each individual. This method is usually used for private purposes (private) or
if there is an abnormality found on a self-learners. Method is the goodness of
individual learners can develop according to his ability and not feel inferior
compared to his friend. Weaknesses of individual methods are learners become
less developed as they learned without any other motivation than their peers.
In teaching
learning process we must preparing the tool of learn. We also must preparing
the class room before we given learning. Classroom Assessment Techniques (CATs)
are, typically, ungraded activities conducted in the classroom setting. Their
purpose is to provide the instructor feedback on whether or not students
understand course material so that adjustments can be made before the end of
the term. Frequent use of CATs also can assure students that the instructor
takes a genuine, active interest in their learning process throughout the
course, before the summative assessment (e.g., final exam) is given at the end
of the term.
Frequent use
of CATs:
·
Provides
regular feedback about student progress and can preempt misconceptions and poor
performance on more heavily-weighed tests, quizzes, projects, etc.
·
Gives
insight into day-to-day teaching methods and student learning processes. It
also can model to students the fact that learning is an ongoing and evolving
process that can be modified as needed.
·
Provides
students with a means of gauging their own learning styles and then modify
study strategies as appropriate.
·
Helps
students feel less anonymous in large class settings, since it is concrete
evidence that the instructor cares about student learning.
·
Provides
“food for thought” for instructors as they reflect on their teaching and on a
particular course at the end of term.
